Integrative Medicine Training

Dr. McNeill and Dr. Ganter are both trained in Integrative Medicine through the University of Arizona School of Medicine. Integrative Medicine (IM) is healing-oriented medicine that takes account of the whole person, including all aspects of lifestyle. It emphasizes the therapeutic relationship between practitioner and patient, is informed by evidence, and makes use of all appropriate therapies. IM has been especially helpful with chronic conditions and includes therapies such as stress and anxiety management, breathing exercises, meditation, and guided imagery.

IV sedation

Our staff is trained in assisting with Intravenous (IV) sedation or outpatient general anesthesia in our state-of-the-art office setting. Patients are continuously monitored during and after surgery. Do not eat or drink anything 6hrs prior to your surgical appointment and you will need a ride to wait in the lobby/car and drive you home after.

Surgical Staff

The surgical staff at North Texas Dental Implants, Oral & Facial Surgery are experienced, certified surgical assistants, who assist in administration of IV sedation and surgery.

Many of our surgical assistants are certified by the Dental Anesthesia Assistant National Certification Examination (DAANCE).

All staff are informed administrative personnel, well-versed in health and insurance policies, and are CPR certified.
