Dr. Robert G. McNeill was raised in a small town in Canada, just outside of Toronto and got to Texas as fast as he could. Dr. McNeill attended McMaster University in Canada and obtained a combined degree in Biology and Psychology. (B.Sc.) graduating with honors. He went on to graduate dental school (magna cum laude) from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry in Detroit, MI. During his time in dental school, Dr. McNeill represented 15,000 dental students in the United States as the national President of the American Student Dental Association. 

Dr. Stephanie R. Ganter was born and raised in Dallas, Tx. A Texas native, she loved soccer growing up. She led the McKinney North bulldog’s to their first Texas 4A State Championship for Soccer and was a stand-out track and field athlete finishing top 3 in the state for Cross Country as well as the 1 mile and 2mile events. Dr. Ganter went on to run Track at Stephen F. Austin State University on a full ride athletic scholarship. Dr. Ganter earned Freshman of the Year titles for the NCAA DI Southland Conference in Cross Country, Indoor and Outdoor Track – the first freshman to do so in 15 years.  She went on to graduate dental school, a childhood dream of hers, from the prestigious Baylor College of Dentistry, with honors in implant dentistry . 

Residency + Associations 

Dr. McNeill continued his education by attending medical school, obtaining his Medical Doctor degree (M.D.) from Case Western Reserve University. He had the opportunity to train at several excellent hospitals during his medical school curriculum including the Cleveland Clinic, Henry Ford Hospital, and University Hospitals of Cleveland. Dr. McNeill completed his oral and maxillofacial surgical residency at Case Western Reserve University School of Dental Medicine.  He has been very active within his profession. He has given numerous presentations at national meetings within his profession. In 2016 he was appointed by the Texas State Board of Dental Examiners to a Blue Ribbon Panel to evaluate dental sedation safety issues and report to both the state dental board and legislature. Dr. McNeill is a board certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon, with the designation of Diplomate. He is licensed to practice dentistry and medicine in the state of Texas.

Dr. Ganter continued her education by attending periodontics and implant surgery residency at Texas A&M University Baylor College of Dentistry. She had the opportunity to complete an intensive 3 year oral medicine training program during that time through the prestigious Baylor Stomatology Department and completed a  sedation training program at Baylor Scott & White Hospital through the Anesthesiology department. Dr. Ganter served as chief resident in her PGY-3 year and served as resident liaison to the American Dental Association Commission on Dental Accreditation  for her program. Dr. Ganter is a board certified periodontal and implant surgeon, with the designation of Diplomate. She is licensed to practice dentistry in the state of Texas. 

Drs. Ganter and McNeill are certified in ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support), PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) and BLS (Basic Life Support).
