Dr. Ganter’s Bio
Dr. Ganter is a young woman filled with compassion for patients. She recently completed a dental mission trip to Guatemala where she was able to help over 2,000 residents in the San Raymundo area by providing oral surgical procedures. Dr. Ganter joined The Dental Specialists in Garland, TX in 2019 following graduation from an award-winning Periodontics Residency Program at Texas A&M University College of Dentistry [formerly known as Baylor College of Dentistry]. The Dental Specialists are a group of specialists that put patient care at the center of attention by joining their practices conveniently for patients in the same building. Dr. Ganter is highly trained and certified in ACLS, PALS, and BLS. Dr. Ganter has been featured in North Texas Dentistry, the Dallas County Dental Society, and online publications as well. One of Dr. Ganter’s favorite aspects of periodontics is that you can combine an artist/aesthetic approach to a variety of procedures. She also loves her patients and seeks to meet their needs as best she can. Outside of mission work and private practice, Dr. Ganter has a passion for soccer and running. She was a starting forward on McKinney North HS’s State Championship team in 2006 and was Track and Field/Cross country Regional Champion and Top 3 finisher in the 2-mile and 1-mile events in 2008. Dr. Ganter (Briggs) was awarded a full-ride track and cross-country scholarship to run at Stephen F. Austin State University where she competed for four years while preparing for dental school. Dr. Ganter continues to play soccer with a recreational league in Dallas and enjoys wake surfing on Lake Ray Hubbard. She also has a motorcycle that she likes to ride to coffee shops in the area.
